May BLEEP: Gospel, Broadway & Olympians
Neilson reports that in 2013, 32.8 million Gospel/Christian albums were sold. That’s more than the Blues, Jazz and Latin genre albums combined. But you may not even know who these artists are who are selling out arenas and playing to crowds of thousands at festivals. So, we talked with some of the biggest names in the business, including our cover artists Toby Mac, Natalie Grant and Michael W. Smith, about new music, life on the road and making a joyful noise.
But that’s not all!
Continuing our features on athletes as artists, we talk to Sara Hurtado and Adrià Díaz who were the first ever ice dance couple to represent Spain in ISU competition and then made history again at the Olympics this year.
Also, we know that in the creative arts, collaboration is key. That’s exactly what Broadway veteran Anthony Rapp and director/designer Steven Royal did to create a livable space that’s environmentally sound and sustainable while also looking like a million bucks.
